We want you to be fully satisfied with your CRAFTD jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all orders in their original, unworn condition. Whether you need a different size or a full refund, our streamlined process ensures your experience is as seamless as our designs.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the jewelry back in its original CRAFTD pouch and box to ensure it is protected during transit; please include all original documentation.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
